Letter of Interest from PDVSA, Venezuela

PDVSA have issued a letter to state that they are looking at BEC to optimise production, reduce costs and operational risks in their local production activities.

 PDVSA have recognised BEC's expertise in conceptual studies and we are actively assembling a task force to follow up on this exciting new prospect.
