SATORP
Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Scope : HAZOP / LOPA Revalidation of a 400,000 BPD Refinery and Integrated Facility. This activity was the first major step of the plantwide Process Safety initiative since commissioning.
Ma’aden Aluminium
Location : Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia
Scope : A revalidation and development of a baseline Process Hazard Analysis was carried out for the Smelter Plant and Central Utilities Units for the Aluminum Plant.
Saudi Aramco
Location : Abqaiq NGL / EW Pipelines / Northern Area Pipelines, Saudi Arabia / Khurais Processing Facility
Scope : HAZOP / LOPA Revalidation for various facilities for Saudi Arabia to re-establish based PSM documents and address the changing nature of facilities over time.
KJO
Location : Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia
Scope : A Crude / Gas Handling facility including NGL unit, water treatment, power plant, desalination plant, storage, gas lift facility integrated with offshore platforms. BEC developed a thorough baseline HAZOP for the facility.
PDO - Marmul
Location : Marmul Field, Oman
Scope : A revalidation and development of a HAZOP for a Gas and Oil separation facility receiving well fluid from one of the largest fields in Oman.
NATPET
Location : Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
Scope : HAZOP / LOPA Revalidation activity of a Propane Dehydrogenation Plant, Poly Propylene Plant and Utility units were performed to establish an updated baseline HAZOP/LOPA for the facility.
SAUDI ARAMCO General Services Agreement
BEC support Saudi Aramco through a long form General Services Contract contract for the following services:
- Pipeline Hydraulics and Flow Assurance
- Process and Debottlenecking Pipeline Systems
PDO Design Reviews, HAZOP/SIL
